The Infant and Toddler Program at the Rainbow Center for Children & Families provides your young child with a nurturing, caring and stimulating environment to promote their social, emotional, physical and cognitive development by well-trained, experienced and dedicated staff.
Infant care is individualized as the teachers follow your child's already established schedule. Infants enjoy physical attention and interaction throughout the day during their awake hours.
Toddlers' daily schedule include art, sensory exploration, physical play, circle time, guided center play as well as free play with peers. Young children build their social and emotional skills as they learn to interact with their peers, take turns and share, and explore through many exciting and educational activities.
Consistency among infant and toddler staff enables your child to form healthy and secure attachments during their early years of development.
Transitions from infant to toddler and toddler to preschool classrooms are guided, gradual and tailored to the needs of each child.
